Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Customers in major cities may receive their orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi) — 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns — 3 to 5 Business Days
  • Remote & Rural Areas — 5 to 7 Business Days

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. No advance payment is required. Simply keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Please note that repeated order cancellations at the door may result in future orders being declined.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packing every order. However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or exchange.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order to avoid any delays.
